(it would be new motor and heater core) i use this truck around the place so stock is not that important, thanks for any input in advance trying

| | | | | Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2009 Posts: 1,644 | If You go to NAPA or mabe Your FLAPS they can get You a 12 volt motor the same size as Your 6 volt so that would be done I am not sure about heater core I know that places like Jimmy Carter sells them but there are a number of different heaters so You would have to match that up.There are after market under dash heaters if You do not care about stock they look like space heaters but smaller and would have 12 volt motor .

It wasn't intended to be anything fancy--just a means of getting some warm air into the cab. But if I recall correctly, it was just a small square unit that didn't take up a lot of room. I think we just bolted it up under the dash in the usual spot and ran the heater hoses to it as usual. My brother works for Hiniker, so we were able to get it REAL reasonable!!
