Inner and
outer hinge pillar parts are available at American Classic Truck, Jim Carter and others. The inner panels are going to need some creative working to make them fit, but with some effort they will go on.
You may also need the outer cowl panel patched too. Mine was rusted, but not quite as badly as yours. I would make a patch out of sheet metal before I would cut that one off & replace it.
