I cut mine just below this point due to the lack of a replacement but it may require some additional grafting in your case. If you are able to salvage the outer panel with the vent door opening, the inner panel is available from Jim Carter.

If you could set one back next time you find one it'd be a huge help, Mine is a little too far gone to repair I believe, it is not only rusted but crumpled as well, so the odds of it ever fitting a new panel or working properly are slim.
