To those of you that follow BillyBob's progress, I have posted a new log entry on the BillyBob website. This one deals with more frame work and replacing the shock absorbers. It is located at:

Frame Job: Reshocking

If you belong to the oletruck and old-chevy-truck mail lists as I do, I'm sorry for the repetition of this announcement.

while i had the bed off mine i switched sides with the lower shock mounts and made a plate for the inside frame rail .this will give you about 2in more tire room as the shock sticks out futher than the spring mounted the stock upper mounts to the new plates and mounted them leaning foward about 6 in from strait up it looks great too

Hey Larry,

Really enjoying the "BillyBob Chronicles"-kinda like a fix until I can afford my own...

P.S. The tips will someday come in handy-the sooner the better.

Wannabe smile
