They all have the rockwell t-221 transfer case with 3 drive shafts. One of the shafts might be for a pto. I think the k-20s had that option.

the fourth shaft would be coming from a pto, not for a pto but for whatever it has to drive. that means that it has a pto on it.
it should have a t221 unless someone upgraded it to something else

IIRC, the Timken 221 has provisions for 2 PTOs, one on each side. I'll have to check the manual to be certain on that. There is also a PTO on the drivers side.

Thanks for all the help guys. I know this day and age i should have a way to put up pictures. But i dont . It looks like the pics K10 put a link too. On more question is this a good 4x4 to have behind a 350? I have read that they some times have a over heating issues? I am look at making this a daily driver. And it can get hot in Texas. Any help or other ideas is a great help. Matthew

it is a T221 t/c. there are only 3 d/shafts coming from it. the small 4th shaft that you see protruding is a shifter rail.

the T-221 is NOISY, it has straight cut gears...also, the output shafts are roller bearing supported which have a reputation for wearing fast and they run warm/hot. If it is in good shape, put some lucas oil stabilizer in it....it will reduce the temp, and some of the noise. They are just about as strong as a 205 if in good shape. Rebuild kits are still available.
