I have a 1957 chevy truck that has the holes in the hood for the second hood emblem to fit. the holes are not on top like the hood bird, these holes are on the front of the hood above the spear emblem.
does anybody know where i can get one of these or who has one stored away in a pile somewhere?

there was no such animal, only the single standard emblem on front of hood - if it came with a V8 the emblem had a large V cast in below the bowtie [this] and there was a small plain V on each door just behind the fender spear ..... no tellin what somebody slapped on there 40 years ago [maybe one from a car], but it wasn't original

Don't know if this is what your talking about but, Hood rockets were an option in 57 on the trucks, they can be bought at all the old chevy truck dealers (like lmc, ect..) they run 250 a set for repops
