I have a splash apron that I think is for a different model or application. The one I think I need has the 5 "L" brackets across the front. The one I have has brackets that go from the front to the back of the apron and appear to fasten from underneath. Is mine for a different year (54-55), different truck (3/4 ton) or what? Can I make it work with some bracket kit? Thanks

The filler pan you have is most likely from a larger truck, 1 1/2 or 2 ton.

Thanks, I think Bruce is right and tclederman's pictures really show the difference between 47-53 and 54-55 apron.
