I would like to start with the window install. I understand the techniques, but would only like to do this once.
Is there a difference between one vendor's rubber and another?
since i'm here, what about glass distributors?

As far as glass, if it's for your 52 then find a local glass shop to cut all you flat glass. Good call on the glass. I kept, what was left of the glass out of the old rust bucket. Should make good patterns though.
One last question...wiring harnesses that looked 'exactly' like the original. I see on the Stovebolt site there are 10 or so vendors. The fact you have good templates should help with the overall cost. Plus you get to support local business! To be honest some of the aftermarket kits are less than accurate. If your old glass is original it should at least fit! Good luck.
