For helping keep this great

on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: May 2008 Posts: 49 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: May 2008 Posts: 49 | http://i231.photobucket.com/albums/ee39/h4040510/1955%202nd%20Series/Qjet.jpgI am missing parts from the heat spring in the manifold to the carb, but I don't know enough about a 350 to know what should be there. Anyone have a photo or parts list that shows the correct parts? Also, are the missing parts something that the FLAPS would have in stock or it is junk yard time? Thanks, Hugh | | | | | Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 321 'Bolter | | 'Bolter Joined: Oct 2008 Posts: 321 | There should be a rod going from on that spring to the carb, and the cover is missing... I'm trying to remember what else to look for. It has been a while since I dealt with one. I think I may even have the whole setup for the thermostatic choke. If you can give me a few days I will look around and see what I can scrounge up, but I think I have all the parts around here.
Edited to add.... If I have all the parts then you can have 'em if you want them. I'll let you know what I find.

I guess I got rid of them. One thing you could do is try to find a manual that shows the setup. I'm not sure what it was available on, but I know for a fact that a '68 Impala w/ a 327 and Quadrajet had that setup. That was where mine came from. I hope this helps some. Sorry I couldn't be of more assistance.
