Hi, i have a 59 and recently have been offered a rolling chassis from a 69 both appear to be the same wheel base and according to the rear axle charts here says they are both 62" wide is this a viable match between the two and if so what are the problems i might run into on this swap anyone thats done this with a photo journal would be helpful

don't recall anyone here mating those years, but if it measures right you should check the frame width/shape under the cab, I recall the 69 frame being different for the wider cab stance, might interfere with the TF door steps - you'll have to totally fab cab mounts, and the rad core support mounts, and get them in the exact right place, as that relationship mounts the whole front clip - but anything is possible
