I was wondering if anyone knew where I could get a 5th wheel bracket and the fender for my 1950 truck

Do you mean a spare tire mount?

Check the classifieds here and watch eBay. They show up. You want the bracket for a '47 to '53 Advance Design truck. The '54-'55 1st bracket is a little different because of the difference in the bed.

If you mean a spare tire mount, as OldSub says,check out ebay/craiglist or even the swap meet section here.

A lot of the Rod/custom guys get rid of these,you might even find one who will swap his fender and mount for your old fender.
Just a thought......
