Cheaper in some but more on other parts
Gasket set more
Cam more+ core charge
Rocker assemblies more + core charge etc.

Are you talking about just gaskets? The "hard" rebuild parts would be dependent on the condition of the engine and would probably be better supplied by the machine shop that was going to "rebuild" your 235. It's quite a leap from re-gasket to re-build!
