Engine and transmission cross members like what you would buy for a V-8 swap. Work out some throttle linkage, hook up some wire, and create a shift linkage.
Okay that's a little simpler than it would really be, but because it’s an inline not a V, you won't have the typical steering box interference problem associated with V-8 swaps.
You've already taken care of the rear end swap. This will still be a bit of work, but probably one of the easier swaps you could try.
