Has anybody living in Pennsylvania ever used the Broadway title company to acquire a Pennsylvania title?
the vehicle does have a VIN# but no title??

If you have the VIN# and "BILL OF SALE" you should have NP getting a PA. title.
Go talk to your local Notery.

A couple of years ago Broadway Title was under investigation and prosecution in several states for issuing improper titles. They were issuing antique vehicle titles to fiberglass kit cars that just looked like antiques. This enabled the kit car owners to avoid the safety & emissions requirements of modern cars.

they're an alabama legal/titleless, bill of sale state since '73, but 'questionable' group. and linked to ebay through ebay's insurance handler, auction insurance agency. and pre '75 vehicles are their mainstay. check out their web site;
broadwaytitle.com. and btw, this isn't an endorsement, just some 411
