i'm concerned that even with media blasting and priming that rust will migrate out in the area below the rain gutter where the burb sides meet the roof assy. should i seam seal this area? its a big "crack". Anyone ever have a problem with rust coming back out of this seam? I dont know whether the media blasting got all the rust cause ya cant really see in there.

it'd be a good idea to use some sealer in the gutter, and on the inside - that area is actually 3 pieces, the roof, the side and the gutter piece itself pinched between them - condensation inside tends to run down the curve and get into the unfinished joint from the back, seen lotsa old panels/burbs with bubbles in the bottom of the gutter, never seen any below the gutter

used rust converter on the hidden areas inside, some places just too hard to get rust out.

sand blasted, expoxy paint, seam sealer, primer, sealer, paint. I also used eastwood rust encapsulating paint on hard to get to places, I.E. insides of doors, door post, and air vents.
