I am trying to find the small ones that run along the vent inlet just below the windshield and behind the hood. There are 5 small clutch heads there. Thank you.

Just called Totally Stainless and McMaster-Carr. Both told me they do not carry the Clutch Head bolts.

Jon Yes,as I recently found out myself. Sorry I misled you. You might consider button head screws which look slightly similar, unless of course you are trying for a correct restoration.

I placed an order with Filling Station for the following sizes:
CLUTCH-HEAD 8-32X1/2
MACHINE SCREW 1/4-20 X 3/4
10 X 1/2" CLUTCH HEAD METAL SCREW-ZINC
5/16-24 X 1 1/4 CLUTCH HEAD FLAT.
I really would like to know what size I need for the fresh air vent cowl that mounts on the cab just below the windshield and behind the hood.
I looked in the Chevy shop and assembly manuals and they really dont tell much of where all the bolts are located through out the truck. Am I missing something?

If you don't like my carbon foot print, stick it up your Prius!! | | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | on a 57 clutch heads were used on the 2 screws in the door that hold the bottom of the division bar [round head], the trans floor cover [flathead countersunk] and the stepside fenders [round head] ... all others are phillips, including the cowl vent cover, inner air vents and seal at rear of hood on cowl, shifter on column, dash trim strip inside windshield, glovebox - steering column clamp is bolts
the asembly manual should show exactly where, how many, and size of every nut and bolt, may not indicate if clutch or phillips
