I believe the fronts are pretty easy to swap, but the rears are more difficult on the Eaton rear. I've not done it but this is what I've heard from others.

1955 1st GMC Suburban | 1954 GMC 250 trailer puller project | 1954 GMC 250 Hydra-Matic | 1954 Chevy 3100 . 1947 Chevy COE | and more...
It's true. I really don't do anything but browse the Internet looking for trouble...

I guess those are Huck brakes on front and rear. The same general arrangement except rears are larger, and have the parking brake mechanism. I know thats what are on 48-51 3/4 tons. Try these pages from the 48-51 shop manual. I hope this is helpful. Oh, good luck finding the parts as they are getting harder to find. I think the wheel cylinders/kits, hoses and such are available from the usual vendors, but you may have to get the shoes relined at a custom/truck shop. Good luck.

Thanks Frank I went to a good Napa with people that would open a real book and they say they can get me the master cylinder and the wheel cylinders. I think the drums are O.K. for know. I just don't want to waste $ on the old stuff if I'm going to have to change it later when the drums go bad. I think the shoes might even be good. The P/U has not moved since 83 and the grease in the wheel looked new and fresh, brakes don't look bad.
