Looking for someone who can advise of a good way to mount the 292 with the staggered motor mounts. Can I use a aftermarket V8 crossmember motor mount and make some kind of plate to adapt the other side. I know this will block off the fuel pump area but I figure I could use an electric fuel pump if needed. Will there be any clearance problems with the 292? If you have done this swap please advise. I ran this setup for 8 years and had no trouble with it. | | | | | Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 49 Member | | Member Joined: Mar 2003 Posts: 49 | Thanks 66/292 did you have to run a electric fuel pump or will the stock fuel pump work with the plate set up? | | |
