Thanks to Bears63 for writing up this Tech Tip on repairing a broken heater control (climate) knob on the 1960-1963 GM trucks. Good job on the tip.

Thanks. I'm happy that I was able to give a little something back to the community. I've had lots of questions answered, learned a lot of things, and have gotten parts all thanks to the Stovebolt. So, I felt that it was the least I could do to try and give something back.

Mike thanks for the great how to article.The addition off all the photos was really helpful as well.This is something I have to do to my '60 and most likely my daughter's '65 so it was very helpful.

That's Just one more question that has been asked by thousands that is now answered... Good Job........Joe

Nice write up Bear. One thing for those of you who need to do this. If you can find NOS pieces, especially the heater switch, you will be far better off. The knobs won't hold onto the aftermarket levers.
