Well, I traded my '98 Monte Carlo even up for a '71 Chevy C10. I'm very happy right now. Finally, I have a daily driver that I can actually work on with simple tools! Now I just have to get used to it. It does have very nice power steering, but I'm not used to the rough ride or manual brakes anymore. I got soft, I guess you could say. Oh well, time to toughen up and enjoy my truck!!!

Oh, this truck has a rebuilt 350, TH-350, heavy duty suspension, and is not too bad in the rust department. It does have some spots, but I'm satisfied with what I got. I'll post up some pics as soon as I can.

I know what you mean. I prefer driveing my 70 stepside rather then my Buick.

They say money can't buy happiness. It can buy old Chevy trucks though. Same thing.

I'm still in the '60's, I just have this one until I can get my '63 on the road. Now I have no rush at all. So, for now I will use this as my parts fetcher. Oh, and here's some pics of the '71.
