Used the backhoe to lift straight up. A fork lift could work too. Man power could get it done, but by the time you get 4-6 guys rounded up and to your shop at the same time 2 people and a backhoe could of done it ten times over. As stated above disconnect everything (there are some wires under there for tailight to). I would say 200 pounds stripped I use my little HF engine hoist and 2x4's and i have lifted several of them that way. A cab dolly is the best little project ever and makes it real easy to roll them around. Here is a picture of mine. Do all cab sheet metal with cab still on frame and make sure doors are on correctly.
If you can leave the doors on and locked in place then you won't lose the configuration,hopefully. Then it is possible to pick off any way mentioned above. Or lean it over backwards to get to bottom and frame.
This is from someone who pulled cab prematurely and has been fighting with it ever since.
