| | | | Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 51 New Guy | | New Guy Joined: Jan 2008 Posts: 51 | Cab is mounted on chassis on rubber mounts , firewall has been replaced, steering column and brake assembly fabricated and mounted, steering shaft geometry solved , power brake hydraulic assembly mounted. Currently working on fabricating a bell crank for the firewall to connect the antilock power brake system . I spent days getting the geometry of the steering wheel and brake pedal assembly fabricated so it will be a comfortable ride. Without the usual engine hump in this truck there is alot of room in the cab for making this a comforable ride. The engine is mounted just behind the cab between the rails.
