Hi Gang,

I found some parts of a?? brand; Delco Remy, I was at their website, but they rather sell new or rebuild. Is there a way to tell what model and brand was used for what vehicle. Or the other way around is there a list with Delco Remy model numbers for Chevrolet trucks? R.T.F.M. I know, but it hasn't arrived yet, snail mail crossing borders is so slow.
I’m talking about a starter and a (the thing that determines the right spark moment for the plug). It’s so nice when you speak the language ;(
Starter model 710-D s# 696775 and thingy model 635R s# 654988
Can someone sent me in the right direction please
Thanks
Richard

HI red58,
I didn't think about Napa, thanks. I'm not sure what year they are, they are missing on my '28 engine and on my '27 engine. I found these separate in another corner of the yard.
Learnt a new word today distributer smile Thanks, those things aren't in a dictionary.
I’ll try Napa, or maybe I’ll have my manual tomorrow.

Thanks
Richard
