For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 50 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Jul 2008 Posts: 50 | I have the chance to get a turbo 400 or turbo 350 for $75. The 400 wont go into reverse and the 350 needs work also. What would it cost to have one of these rebuilt and would it be worth putting one of these in my 1970 3/4 ton GMC? The transmissions are out of a late 70s pickup. Would there be alot of mods needed to get one of these in my truck? Which would you recomend?
