TIP wink
here's an idea about making your own tail lamp using three of these LED strip items. you would have to make a base that fits securely inside the housing - vertically. the three could then be used for

stop eek

OOpssss blush again

wire it w/ a 4 x22ga. wire [jacketed ]. they measure 1/2'' x 1.5'' and would fit inside the stock AD (or ???) housing.
the fourth being a common ground for all three LED's.

it could be similar to this

I did a similar made turn signal set-up so the lens would fit into the roll of the bed using simple items available to most every one.

TIP::::: BLINKER SET-UP
i used two pieces of PVC or electrical 1''
a pair of 4 bulb LED's from a flaps store.
a hot glue gun
silicon
two wires soldered onto the LED socket and wired to the turn signal system
shrink tube
one clearance lamp lens , cut and shaped to fit the PVC
it looks like this when done..... dance

Good idea. I've bought from this e-bay vendor before, you'll get good products and service from him. He also carries a 1" round LED circuit board (8 LED's) that work great as bed roll stop/turn lights.

C. T., Whats the difference in "stop" and "brake"? I understand using two strips together for turn and brake and one for tail, just like a dual filament bulb, but you seem to be suggesting 3 functions?
