My 51'GMC is apart now,and he walked over to the bench and picked up my cowl vent,and on the curved adjusting bracket is stamped in capital letters the word "BARTH". He thinks they were an outside supplier to GM,I don't know. It relates to Bill Harley & Art Davidson working for that company while they worked on their first motorcycle in 1903.
