(50scotbolt) It's always scary trying to weld in large panels with minimal warpage,but it looks like you've done a good job. 1950 Chevy Advance Design 3100 in Scotland In the Stovebolt Gallery More pix on Flickr. rockettruck51 Apprentice R Joined: Jan 2006 Posts: 33 Ohio	Putting the patch panels in was really kind of fun...but from here on, well, let's just say I'm no metal finisher. I'm waiting for the weather to warm up so I can spread some body filler and smooth it down. At least with the patches butt-welded in, it will take a minimum of filler... We'll see anyway... 51 1/2 ton-455 rocket! 49 1/2 ton panel-rocket-to-be!
