are you wanting a 4 door truck or 3 door or just an extended with no doors.
How long do you want to go?
I will say this. I have worked on projects like this.
What they did was a 4 door truck.
They picked up a panel or sub. truck that was a parts unit.
They used the roof section to fill the gap. and the doors and frames
Then They made there own filler panels and other needed items to make the frame.
We really need more details.
But, It is hard to figure it out for you. You will mostly learn by doing.
are you doing this on your own? What type of body work knowledge do you have?
This is not a project for a novice.
Let us know. They are great when done!

I have not been able to find it since, or any other pictures of a 4-door since. I would love to find those pictures again. Anyone have any links or am I dreaming this thing up again?

This one was the original motivation for the truck that I am building, though mine is not 4 doors.

We see him every year at the truck show and he's a regular at our cruise night in Blue Springs. It's a truck that I've seen 100 times but I'm still drawn to it to marvel at the workmanship. The first few pictures are from 2001 when I first saw it at the truck show. some later pictures follow and finally one night at the cruise night I got some shots of the build process in his fender album pure gold there!!
