How in blue blazes do you install the vent flaps on a '57 1/2 ton.I laid on my back on the floor and had NOOOOOOOO luck.Am i missing a trick or is just perseverance that is gonna get me thru! frown

if you mean the rubber seal on the kick panel vent doors .... take the metal doors out and work on the bench grin

hi red,i got the doors out put the new rubbers on,just can not get the doors back in.Is there a trick to it? headscratch

can't recall exactly, but I'm sure it was a struggle because the seals make it a tight fit ohwell either top or bottom peg first, and the seals 'fold' opposite sides, in the direction of movement ... you need to put the piece in and attach the cable end after, and a bit of light rubber lube will help
