Does anyone know of any company that sells stock spindles for a 1941 to 1946 chevy truck.I have not called any of the companies but have looked online at there websites and I can not find anyone that list them.thanks for your help.

It is a half ton.

If you cant find spindles I think the front axle out of a AD 1/2 ton truck will fit. I'm not sure though you will have to measure the the width and the bolt spaceing for the ubolts.

I think 41 to 55.1 are the same

Find a '51. You want '51 wheels if you can find them. They have the wider brake shoes. I recall an article on that over in the tech tips section I think..

41 to 55.1 axles are all the same. any of them will bolt right under your truck.

Longhorn, What part of Texas are you in I might be able to help you with some spindles. I won't be able to check till tomorrow but I'll let you know.

far as the spindles are you trying to go back all original or custom?
if the spindles you have are still good and your just wanting to upgrade your brakes they make some really affordable disk brake conversions
