I like the sound of the split six and plan to route the exhaust through 4-inch stacks. the truck will be loaded with construction tools and may pull a trailer with a skid steer loader, etc. I heard that the split manifold may affect my bottom end torque but will increase my top end power. I plan to upgrade to a 261 later on | | | | | Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 388 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jun 2005 Posts: 388 | Stoveboltkid, Checkout this Link from the Inliners' site. The Corvette six dual exhaust manifold increased the power by 3 to 10% from 2000 to 4500 rpm. I've been told that the Fenton headers should do better. But, the sound of those pipes will make you think your going faster. | | |
