The 700-4R trans. has o-drive & fits the standard chev bolt patern. The late 80's early 90's is the best one to use. Make sure your flywheel will bolt up to the converter. The 200-4R is a lighter duty trans but will stand up to a 283. It is shorter & might fit better.
