For helping keep this great
old truck web site
on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 220 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 220 | I have a 64 Chevy P/U and just picked up a grill support panel from a 62 or 63. When I look in the parts catalogs they sell these and list the different years separately. I would have thought they were the same through these years. Can someone tell me the difference between the years and if what I have will work for my 64. | | | | | Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 841 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2006 Posts: 841 | sorry i'm not up on the correct lingo, if you aretalking about the rad core support that the grille bolts to it will work. i thing the 63 has one less mounting hole for the grille but you can just use the 3 others on each side and it will work fine. if you mean the supports from the fenders running up to the core support i think they will interchage as well. good luck, if i'm wrong you can have your money back! | | | | | Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 220 Shop Shark | | Shop Shark Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 220 | hoggyrubber, I think you got it.
