Pry the button off, blow out the two threaded holes in the wheel and tighten the center stud against your column center. Wheel will pop right off, if you decide to try a hammer like some do leave the nut on a couple threads so you don't lose teeth when it pops. Next remove the column cover/column support bracket (these can be a little difficult if they have never been loose before. and slide it over where the wheel was. Undo the pittman arm from the steering arm. Remove the frame bolts two on the side of the frame and two underneath the top flange that hold the steering box to the frame. Pull it out. You will have to have the front sheet metal off to get clearance out the front, it only comes out one way. Don't seperate the steering box from the column unless you want additional rebuild hassles it still won't slide out through the cab anyway.
