Also have a perfect factory tailgate..........what are these items worth these days, and is anyone out there interested? I am in Central NY state. I didn't post in (for sale) because they technically aren't yet. Thanks! | | | | Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 2,644 | Things are only worth what people are willing to pay for them at the moment and in the case of NOS it would help if you could find what comparable parts have sold for. Ebay is a good place to research prices. If all else fails, I'd start by asking about 20% over what Chinese reproductions are going for. As for the tailgate, start asking the same as Chinese repops... if it's perfect as in NO rust, NO dents. | | | | Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 Cruising in the Passing Lane | Cruising in the Passing Lane Joined: Feb 2002 Posts: 12,029 | and it depends on what year, a 58/9 would be worth more than a 60-66, which would be worth more than a 67-72, which are available repro

They are for 60-66......sorry! | | | | Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 425 'Bolter | 'Bolter Joined: Dec 2004 Posts: 425 | With the economy and stock market the way it is right now.... I'd keep it and consider it as "money in the bank"... it's only going to gain value. | | | | Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 381 Shop Shark | Shop Shark Joined: Apr 2005 Posts: 381 | Those body panels aren't going to lose any value. Hold on to them! Right now it seams that nobody has any money to spend (due to the economy) -so selling those parts now probably wouldn't be wise unless some guy comes up the you with a big fat wallet. | | | | Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 153 Wrench Fetcher | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Nov 2008 Posts: 153 | I am going to sell to "fund" my current project, but will not give them away either. I would also trade for a real nice hood for same year truck, if anyone wanted? | | | | Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 Extreme Gabster | Extreme Gabster Joined: Oct 2001 Posts: 3,458 | I'm going to lock this thread because it is turned into an advertisement.
