The sellers informtaion is very sketchy for that year.
Do I have to weld something for the shoulder part? I know it is double walled so it won't show on the outside, but I don't know what to do on the inside for this.
The floor parts are easy but not up on the cab.
Unfortunately, I have finished the truck before I thought about this all important safety matter.
Any help or websites is appreciated

The shoulder strap did not retract, I do not believe.
