As you know, we've been doing a lot of calendars this year -- hopefully enough that we have something for everyone. One of the last ones is our SVFD Calendar. I'm having trouble, though, getting the last two trucks! Help me get two more Hi-res shots of some Firebolts so we can get the calendar out! I need 200 dpi and 17.5 inches wide by 11.5 inches high.

Kudos to 51Ashton -- he's submitted TWO!!

I'd love to help out, but I don't got no firetruck!! grin

As soon as the calendar is ready, though, I want one!

John,
I asked a friend with a 1966 Chevrolet Oren. Gave him the details and he seemed very interested. I hope he submitted.

I'm sorry, Guys -- I don't think we're gonna have a Firebolt Calendar for 2009. We'll save what we have and try again for 2010.

The other calendars are located at the link in my signature block.

Thanks,
John

Hi John,
I just heard from the guy with the 66 Chevy/Oren and he is supposed to e-mail the picture. I also have a picture I took at a muster of a early 40's fire engine that I think belongs to the
Blacksburg Va. Fire department....beautiful truck. I have no idea how to get permission to use this picture.

Larry, If the truck was displayed in a public forum (i.e., a muster) then you don't need permission -- it's your photo.

Peggy talked me into using what I had, so I'm uploading the calendar now.

Ed -- I need a good portrait of your truck for the 2010 SVFD calendar!

Larry,
I'm only the acting chief. I think we need to have elections. I nominate Virginia Firetruck!

Can't wait to see the picture!
