The new panels came with holes for armrests, so I bought replacement armrests. After installing, the seat back doesn't have enough clearance to rotate forward, hitting on the new armrests. I've looked in the shop manual and there is not one reference to the armrests. I have the original seat. Did these trucks originally come with armrests? Anyone have this problem?

The additional foam over the seat increased it's size. Now both doors have to be open to tip the seat back forward or the seat cover gets torn.

My 59 Apache and my daily driver Toyota both have the problem. Sometimes a pain to have to open both doors to access the area behind the seat but......
