The shoes on Huck brakes adjust seperatly, so there are two adjusters on each wheel. Pull the rubber covers off the adjuster holes on the backing plate and youll see the adjusting wheels. Now take a screw driver and turn one of the wheels clockwise (looking at the end of the wheel cylinder) and turn the wheel. Keep adjusting until you feel the shoe start to drag, then back off 4 slots on the adjuster. Repeat this for all the adjusters (2 for each wheel). Typically I'll drive it a little then jack up the truck and give the wheels a spin to see if the shoes are dragging. If not you are good to go. Hope this helps George | | |
