Thinking about changing engines..Was gonna build my I6, but saw some prices for that..Got a friend that has a boneyard, and he will sell me a early carburated 350, with a turbo400 for $650.00..My question is..Is that a fair price? Thanks, Steve

I have bought running and driving vehicles for less than that. To me, $650 sounds a little steep, but that may be a fair price for your area.

not bad but you can buy a new gm crate engine, 350 with 290 hp for a little over 1,600, I know that is more then you might wanna spend but you do end up with a new one,,,,,,,,,,,,,Fred
