I wish to go back to the "three on the tree." I currently have the tranny on the floor. I just had my tranny rebuilt for the original transmission. I am now looking for a company that can help me with the linkage restoration and parts..Brothers? Golden State Parts? Jim Carter? Any help would be great! I am missing some parts and the assy. manual really does not show a very clear picture of what I am missing.

There are 2 rods one is for 2nd and 3rd and the other is 1st and reverse. Each attach onto the tranny shifter lever (Section-7 figure 1 #29 and 28 and Fig. 3 in 1957 Chevy Shop Manual). Then the other end right onto the shifter box?
Heck if that is the case,,,,I got everything! Just need to remember what box it all is in!
