Sounds like numbers from the 230/250/292 series. The CON3 means casting conveyer #3, the next series is the date. E=May, 19=date, 4=last digit of year, could be 64, 74, 84. There should be a 6 or 7 digit number just forward of the date, larger numbers, might be lower on the block. This is the casting number, which can be looked up at
www.inliners.org For a quick verification of this series, engine has side mounts with a spin-on oil filter at the front, right side. The 230/250 has the side mounts opposite each other, the 292 has the right mount forward of the distributor.
