Hi, how can I convert my twin trumpet horns to a 12volt system ?
Resistor or can I put them in in series ?

They'll work fine on 12v as long as your don't abuse them. For normal short bursts they'll last forever. You'll probably need to swap the relay for a 12v relay but that's the only change you'll need to do.
