Two questions for you gurus.

Did any of the pickups have the stainless trim on the fenders?

Will the same trim from a late '40 car fit on a pickup or burb?

The rear fenders look very much like the burb.

Not from the factory. I have seen where the 'Burb trim has been added to the pickups, I do beleive that it's not an exact fit on the rear fenders, though. The car trim is completely different, and will not interchange.
