Has anyone wired the 4L60E to be used behind a carbed engine? How did it work out? Painless offers a stand alone system and I'd bet Ron Francis does but I'd like a few comments before jumping in. Thanks.

Just a suggestion: You may want to check out "Street & Performance" out of Arkansas. Guys around here that are running late model power plants & transmissions with all the sensors and such in streetrods use S&P to modify the computer and wiring harnesses.

Check this out. There are several pages that tell how to make your transmission work without a fancy harness.
