on the Internet for over 30 years! and not clogged down with Ads! Again, thanks! | | | | Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 130 Wrench Fetcher | | Wrench Fetcher Joined: Feb 2008 Posts: 130 | I have a question about the mounting of the cab to the frame on a'34 half ton. I see how the front mounts but I don't really understand how the back part of the cab is secured to the frame. There are some old springs behind the seat on each side that appear to cushion in the upward direction. Also I have some pads to put here and ther but am not reaklly sure if they are really used if the springs are the main mounting. Also On the windshield that pivots out--is there any rubber that seals or is it just a bare metal flange that keeps the water out?---Dave---ps i am putting new cab wood in and the old wood was not really there anymore | | |
