I've been searching for pictures of a 1947-53 Chevy or GMC truck that has been painted two tones. Only the upper part of the cab from where the stripe line usually is to the roof. I saw a blue body and white roof member pic but cannot find it for the life of me. Does anyone have a link to an A.D. truck painted like that? I've been considering painting mine like that but would like to see some other examples. Thanks for your time guys. In 1954, there were factory option two-tone exteriors (several combinations). Some photos are linked below - use your imagination regarding/ignoring the grill. 1954 two-tone cabs and panels 1954 green/white cab A few other 1954 two-tone combinations. Some pictures show the lower color going to the bottom of the body-belt, while other pictures show the lower color going to the top of the body belt. I think the lower color went to trhe bottom of the body belt (and the other artist might have been wrong). However, do what suits your tastes.
