I pulled the plugs and squirted some marvel mystry oil in the cylinders and all over valve train and down the quides and pulled the distributor and spun the oil pump Then spun the motor without ignition until I had oil pressure . I did the repairs need to brakes until I have the rest of the parts for the major upgrade thats planned . I put everything back together and got the ignition hot and the spun the motor and it fired almost instantly !! She ran a little rough and noisey until she reached full operating temp to the point I almost pulled the valve cover agian and adjusted valves but she quited down after a while . Having working brakes and the motor running good has me motivated again and I wanted to take her for a spin but it was starting to rain and she aint go no wipers . I have alot of the parts to get her going the way I want , I would like to have it finished by the end of next year!!!!! Belive me We will be cruiseing town next weekend !!!! | | |
