As for the engine, the cores from the starter, generator, carb and such are worth a few bucks. The engine, some haul to scrap, others throw it in the back yard to keep up their CI.

as for the oil pan I will have to look to see how straight it is. if it is ok I'll send it to you for shipping & handling. it will be a little while until I get that thing out of the truck though.
generator and carb have been removed, but the starter is still there. | | |

at any rate the sm465's are a dime a dozen so either way it doesn't make much difference. | | |
