If you are referring to the bed carriage bolts, you might be able to get them in zinc-plate at a local hardware store, or in zinc-plate or stainless-steel ($$$) at an on-line hardware store, or from one of the vendors that carries 1940s parts: Jim Carter or Chevs of the 40s.
